Working in the wedding industry has its perks. Not only do we get to dress our gorgeous brides for their special day, but we also get to work with a group of amazing wedding industry professionals, who all work their magic to make wedding dreams come true. Connecting as a business and creating bonds with other wedding vendors helps us to understand our industry from all angles. It’s almost a holistic approach to making the perfect day truly perfect. We team up, we bond, and we create; but most importantly, we share meaningful insights into what our brides truly want for their 2021 and 2022 weddings.
A First For Us, With Many To Come
Last Wednesday, the 28th of April, we hosted our very first ‘What’s The Tea - A Conversation with WLC’ networking evening. Understanding that networking events can be daunting, to say the least, we created a concept based on genuine conversations, comfort, and honest thoughts. A place to sit back, relax, and have a meaningful chat. It was all about connecting with other businesses, sharing each other’s ups and downs, and passing on key learnings from everyone’s wedding industry journey. And all of that whilst sipping on cocktails provided by the girls from Mr Consistent and demolishing delicious cupcakes from Petal and Peach.
A huge thank you goes out to AVIDEAS, who turned our cozy boutique into the perfect 'sips & dips' location - Their dining setup from The Boxd Society tied in perfectly with the rest of our decor and created a truly magical atmosphere. Another special thank you goes out to Tahlia and Jesse from Wylde Folk Studio, who captured the evening, so we could share our memories with all of you.
