All WEEKDAY 1st Appointments attract a $40 appointment fee and SATURDAY 1st Appointments attract a $60 appointment fee. Immerse yourself and your special guests in our VIP Luxe Lounge experience with treats, bubbles and an extended 2 hours in our private level 1 suite. The most indulgent way to say YES to the dress!

Luxe Lounge appointment require a $399 fee taken at the time of booking and consists of refreshments and catered indulgent delights for the bride and up to 5 guests for the duration of the extended appointment. A Senior Bridal Stylist will be assigned to you for the duration of the appointment to ensure you find your dream gown in style.

Please notify us of any specific gowns that you wish to try at your appointment and any dietary requests so we can best cater to your needs. Luxe Lounge bookings are required no less than five days in advance and are suitable for both first appointments and follow-up appointments. If you wish to bring more than 5 guests please chat with us in advance so we can make special arrangements for you.

For Luxe Lounge appointments, 72-hours notice is required for cancellations to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a charge for the booking fee.
