For brides visiting us for the first time, getting married in 10+ months, schedule your appointment with a dedicated Bridal Stylist in your own bridal lounge with 4 of your most important people.

Browse and try our extensive handpicked collection and be guided through the bridal shopping process as you say Yes to a new gown ordered from one of most desired designers.

All WEEKDAY 1st Appointments attract a $40 appointment fee and SATURDAY 1st Appointments attract a $60 appointment fee. If you say "YES" to the dress during your appointment, your appointment fee will be redeemable and credited toward your dream gown!* Please note for the comfort of you and other brides in store we can only accommodate 4 guests at your appointment.

For 1st Bridal, Follow-Up, and Outlet appointments, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for you to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will still be charged the appointment booking fee.

Due to popularity we are often booked out a week or more ahead. If your preferred date is specific (i.e you are visiting us from out of town) please email: hello@whitelilycouture.com.au and we will do our best to offer you a space.

Immerse yourself and your special guests in our VIP Luxe Lounge experience with treats, bubbles and an extended 2 hours in our private level 1 suite. The most indulgent way to say YES to the dress!

Luxe Lounge appointment require a $399 fee taken at the time of booking and consists of refreshments and catered indulgent delights for the bride and up to 5 guests for the duration of the extended appointment. A Senior Bridal Stylist will be assigned to you for the duration of the appointment to ensure you find your dream gown in style.

Please notify us of any specific gowns that you wish to try at your appointment and any dietary requests so we can best cater to your needs. Luxe Lounge bookings are required no less than five days in advance and are suitable for both first appointments and follow-up appointments. If you wish to bring more than 5 guests please chat with us in advance so we can make special arrangements for you.

For Luxe Lounge appointments, 72-hours notice is required for cancellations to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a charge for the booking fee.
