Tamsyn & Mitch's love story began with a very twenty-first century spin. After they both moved back to the Sunshine Coast, the pair met online and quickly hit it off! Mitch took Tamsyn on a romantic date to the Ballet, and they've been inseparable ever since! It was from then on she knew he was someone special.
Once they were engaged, the two began planning their stunning Yandina wedding! Their wedding day was filled with love, dancing and special moments with family and friends. This was, in fact, one of Tamsyn's favourite parts from the day! She detailed her dance floor moment for us, saying:
"I loved hitting the dance floor with my friends and family. My family love Queen, and I mean totally obsessed with Queen. We had an all-in sing a long to Bohemian Rhapsody at the end of the night and it honestly was one of the best days of my life!"
The bride shone in her Pronovias Crystal gown, which features a structured off-the-shoulder bodice and luxe crepe fabric. T
amsyn fell in love with the stunning minimalist gown saying, "I loved how elegant my dress was. It was simple and I truly felt like myself. I felt like I wore the dress and not the other way around."
Her favourite feature of the gown was the glamorous button detailing, which trailed all the way down the skirt. She added a lace-trimmed veil to finish off the look. "My gorgeous veil was the extra special detail I wanted! I felt so beautiful and elegant on the day." She said.
Tamsyn's bridesmaids contrasted beautifully with her gown in shades of rich burgundy in different styles. She continued this romantic colour palette into her floral choice with a luxurious bouquet by Mondo Floral Designs, which included a heavenly mix of natives and classic blooms.
When asked for her advice for future brides-to-be, Tamsyn couldn't emphasise enough, the importance of trying not to stress. "It is easier said than done, but everything will fall into place. I stressed so much before our wedding about every little detail. At the end of the day, these little things didn't matter. Our day was perfect and I was so happy." She says.
