It is with great excitement that we announce that White Lily Couture is relocating in March 2018! Our beautiful Milton showroom has been our home for almost five years but as the company grows and our dedication to customer experience continues, a new bigger and better space awaits.
Located within a three minute drive from our Park Road boutique, we can’t wait to show you the all new White Lily store which will open for appointments on April 5th. With the same dedication to personalised and caring service, the new showroom will offer our brides the same exclusive and private experience but with a fresh modern feel. With the move, we will also welcome some new BIG brands to the boutique as well as one of Australia’s most sought-after accessory collections.
We will undergo a short closure from March 26th to April 4th in order to move all of our pretties to the new location, however you can still get in touch with us during this time via email.
We will be contacting all our customers individually via email to ensure you are aware of the change. If you have any questions please refer to the FAQ’s below or simply contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will the boutique be closed?
We will be closed for a short period from March 26th to April 4th. Appointments will be unavailable during this period and will resume from April 5th as per our current opening hours. We will however be responding to emails and booking enquiries during this time.
Where is the new store?
White Lily Couture is moving to 43 Musgrave Road, Red Hill. Trading will continue in our Milton boutique as normal until March 25th.
I have a dress on order, will this affect it in any way?
Not at all. All current orders will remain as scheduled and time has been allocated to allow for the short closure time of one week. We take our brides wedding time frames very seriously so we will ensure that your gown can be collected whether it is at the current Milton location or our new one. Any customer orders awaiting collection will simply be transferred to the new showroom ready to collect when you are ready.
I heard that you are closing down?
Quite the opposite! We are simply moving our primary premises to allow for more space for both our customers and our team. Our Directors and our team all look forward to a long career with White Lily and there are absolutely no plans to cease trading.
Will you still work by appointment?
Yes. In order to provide the same high-level of service to every bride we see, we have chosen to continue to operate by Appointment. Every bride deserves a dedicated consultant and the luxury of their own space for their in store experience and this is a core value of the White Lily brand that will not change.
I have made an appointment before the 26th March, should I change it?
There is no need to change any current bookings you may have with us. We welcome all of our brides who are currently scheduled for appointments before we relocate and look forward to helping you say yes to the dress!
Will the range of gowns be the same at the new location?
Our core designers will remain at the new location and a the gowns available at Milton will simply be hanging on new racks after we move. We will also be welcoming a number of exciting new brands in our new space, so keep an eye on our website and social media channels for more details!
Stay tuned for an upcoming sample SALE in March where many gowns from older collections will be available to purchase off the rack for bargain prices.
Will you still offer Luxe Lounge appointments in the new location?
Yes! Check in with us on social media for updates on our all NEW Luxe Lounge. An elegant and completely private space with bubbles and nibbles for you and your guests to enjoy.
Will you have parking?
We will have multiple dedicated parking bays for our customers at the new location making visiting White Lily even easier!
How will I contact you when you move?
The only change will be our physical address. Our phone number 3367 8870 and email addresses will all remain the same as will our website. We will display all the relevant information about the new location as well as email all our brides directly to advise them of the new boutique address.
