Orders including Bridal Gowns, Bridesmaids, Veils and other Custom Ordered Products.

1. All orders require 50% of total as a deposit. Before we can order the gown/item from the manufacturer.

2. Ordering timeframe’s are indicated at the time of your order. During this time fortnightly payments can be made, or a lump sum of remaining total once gown arrives.

3. Orders must be paid in full and picked up within 7 days of being notified of its arrival.

4. If your order requires storage, a $25 Fee per month will be charged.

5. All wedding and formal dresses ordered to measure or otherwise are not refundable nor do they qualify for exchange or store credit.

6. White Lily Couture is not responsible for the consequences of any weight gain or loss on the customers behalf. Any alterations required are additional to the cost of the gown.

Delivery

1. Any date stated is an estimated delivery date only. Due to third party delivery methods, late delivery is beyond the control of White Lily Couture.

2. Delivery dates that are close to an event date or have been expediated to accommodate an event that is sooner than 16 weeks cannot be guaranteed. We will however do our best to make sure that delivery by the due date is carried out.

Exchanges & Returns for Bridal Accessories or items purchased "off the rack".

1. Please choose carefully we do not refund if you simply change your mind.

2. Some Non indent floor stock may be one off and other sizes may not be available please ask our friendly staff when making purchases for a third party eg. Gift.

3. Due to health regulations, items such as Earrings or undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless the item is in as new condition, has not been tampered with and retains all the original security seals.

Lay-bys

1. Maximum lay-by terms are 6 weeks from date of purchase.

2. Minimum non refundable deposit will be 50% of total cost.

3. Periodic payments shall be made in 2 week intervals.

4. All lay-bys must be paid in full within the terms outlined, unless previously arranged with management.

5. Overdue lay-bys will attract a 10% management fee, a follow up call will be placed and failing to arrange an appropriate final payment and pickup date, the lay-by will be considered terminated, and no monies will be refunded.

6. All alterations required for items on lay-by will not be carried out until items are paid in full.

7. All lay-bys remain the property of White Lily Couture until PAID IN FULL.
