We are so thrilled to properly introduce you all to the winner of our Search for The Face competition - Elizabeth Warner - better known as Lil. Read on to learn some more about this gorgeous girl!
What made you enter The Face competition?
My mum actually told me about the competition as soon as she saw it advertised on social media. I had previously done some work with White Lily dresses and absolutely loved the company and the beautiful dresses and immediately thought I should enter - and with further encouragement from my Mum I did just that!
How long have you been modelling?
I have been modelling on and off for about six years, my very first modelling experience was at the Melbourne Cup it was definitely an experience to remember! For the majority of my 'hobby' modelling career, I modelled with a great volunteer company for different kinds of community events.
What is your favourite White Lily Couture gown?
My absolute favourite is a gown called Orquidea, this dress is both timeless and elegant.
How did you feel when you found out you were the new face of White Lily Couture?
I was in sheer disbelief when I got the phone call! I couldn't contain my emotions and let out many happy tears, I was just so overwhelmed and overjoyed with the outcome. Yay - thanks to everyone who voted!
What are you most looking forward to about this opportunity?
I can't put my finger on just one thing I am looking forward to! Every experience along the way will be such an amazing opportunity, I just love that I get to represent such an amazing company, I love the people and I love the dresses. I am living the dream and see each moment as a wonderful blessing.
How did it feel seeing yourself on the cover of the April edition of Style Magazines?
It felt unreal, I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be in magazine let alone the front cover, I felt really proud of myself for giving it a go. Definitely a major milestone in my life!
What is your ideal bridal makeup look?
My ideal bridal make up look would have to be a flawless face, I would love to have a dark smokey eye with maroon undertones, a full set of natural looking lashes and a bold lip!
What is your favourite bridal hairstyle?
My favourite bridal hairstyle is something that's not too overdone, a sweeping side fringe with classic French twist for an up do or down and softly waved with a 40's edge to it.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I love to hang out with my two little girls Olive and Ivy and my partner James so any time spent with the ones I love is great! I love to eat and explore the beautiful surroundings of the little coastal town I live in. I also like to try and fit in some kind of physical activity to keep my heart, mind and body happy.
What is your favourite wedding style?
As long as I was getting married to the person I adored and had all my family and friends to help us celebrate I cant say I have a favourite wedding style, but if I had to choose; a winter wedding in the Sunshine Coast hinterland would be pretty close to perfect - and in my favourite White Lily gown of course!
